Sunday, April 17th
Brooklyn Homebrew Tour – Brooklyn, NY
Journalist Josh Bernstein takes you on a tour of of the homes and brewing rigs of some of Brooklyn’s premier homebrewers. Despite their tiny apartments, these amateurs are producing beers on par with and, in some cases, beyond many commercial brews. This Brooklyn-edition of the tour swings by my apartment to check in on my tiny, tiny homebrew kitchen. I’m not sure what the other folks will be pouring but I’ll have at least five beers to try. If you are on the tour, make sure you say hi.

My Taplist for the tour:
Falconer’s Flight IPA – Citra, Amarillo and Sorachi Ace hopped IPA
Apple Brown Betty White – Imperial Brown Ale brewed with Ceylon cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla beans and cider molasses
