BrewYork no. 8 – The Ocho

Posted by: on Apr 10, 2011 | 4 Comments

To me, craft beer is about sharing great drinks with great people. This combined experience sets beer apart from the refined enjoyment of good wine or sophisticated delights of a good cocktail. Instead, beer is about revelry and celebration… and that’s what makes it so damn great.

Brew York is the epitome of the craft beer experience. Ever other month, the tri-state area’s finest brewers, beer journalists, homebrewers and all around craft beer lovers get together for the ultimate geek out… sharing their latest and greatest discoveries from around the globe. From rare Belgian sours, to massive Russian Imperial Stouts, to experimental homebrews… no style is turned away. Click through for the highlights and some serious rare beer porn (commence drooling.)
